Browser storage
Selections and notes are stored in localStorage under a Napkin Studio key. Anyone using the same browser profile may see them. Use “Reset this draft” to clear selections to their defaults, or clear this site’s browser data to remove stored drafts completely. Do not put sensitive information in notes.
Artwork & enquiry data
The file picker does not transmit artwork. Downloaded briefs stay on your device and include configuration text, not original files. The enquiry endpoint is disabled and does not create a quote or send a notification. Only when you choose Open email draft does the site pass the reviewed configuration, notes and artwork filenames to your chosen email app. You decide whether to send it to sales@crestpatch.com. No original files are attached automatically. Email processing is then handled by your mail provider and the recipient; retention terms still require confirmation.
Before a live launch
A verified business operator, contact address, retention policy, hosting disclosures and applicable privacy terms must be supplied before collecting customer information. This preview does not claim that those services are active.
